Returns, Exchange, & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

We offer exchanges or store credit on regular priced, unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

The original shipping costs will be deducted from the total if a store credit is issued.

No exchanges for ink, paper, or special orders. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest purchasing insurance for high-value items that you are returning to us, as we are not responsible for lost items sent to us.
