The Traveler's Notebook is a refillable leather notebook system from Traveler's Company, originally created by Midori: one handmade cowhide cover, an elastic band down the spine, and refills you swap in as your needs change. At Take Note, we carry Traveler's Notebook covers, refills, and accessories in both Regular and Passport sizes, in store in Toronto and online across Canada.
Leather covers: The Regular cover ($82) holds tall, slim refills close to A5 height, made for journaling, planning, and sketching. The Passport cover ($69) slips into a jacket pocket and suits lists, travel notes, and everyday carry. Both are handmade in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and soften and darken with use. Covers are currently sold out online and restock in batches, so ask us in store or check back soon.
Refills and diaries: Lined, grid, dot grid, blank, kraft, sketch, and watercolour refills start at around $6, alongside monthly and weekly free diaries for planning the year ahead.
Accessories: Connecting bands, kraft folders, card files, zipper cases, repair kits, leather pen holders, and solid brass clips and templates, from about $7 to $30.
