A Passion for Paper and Ink.

Jolanta’s love of paper and ink began in her childhood in Poland.

Eventually, she journeyed to Canada with her husband and daughter, with nothing but a backpack, two-hundred dollars, and her prized Montblanc pen.

What a wonderful store and staff. Very knowledgeable and beautiful product selection. I have such a great experience every time I visit. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for anything from a nice pen to notebooks. They even have gorgeous leather products which I find is one of the things that sets this stationary store apart from others. Again.. have to mention the ladies that work there - 10/10 customer service.

The best pen and stationery store in the city! It's always a pleasure to visit Take Note and to socialise with Jolanta. I've bought many things from Jolanta's shop over the years, including several fountain pens (Sailor, Platinum, TWSBI, Lamy) and heaps of paper and notebooks. Most recently I purchased a few Hobonichi accessories, including the pictured A6 planner/notebook cover and stencils. If you're in Toronto's junction area, make sure you pop in! Fun! A+

A tiny little hole in the wall stationery store. But they have the stuff I need. Good selection of pens. A great selection of stationary and more importantly what I went for ink. They don't have a huge selector of ink like Wonder pens but they did have what I needed and they had it in stock. So bravo to them

This shop is a cozy little escape. It is small, peaceful and quiet, with every corner filled with a beautiful selection of stationary items such as notebooks, pens, games, and other desk accessories.
